     This package is free for the first year with a qualifying system purchase.

Hardware Maintenance Package - Starting at $156 per month

     All the features of the Standard Package plus replacement of any defective
     component, free of any parts or labor charge.  The only exceptions are normal
     ware and damage caused by the user.  (Requires a battery back-up unit in
     good working condition.)


Hardware Plus Service Package - Starting at $276 per month

     This package includes all the benefits of the hardware package plus up to 2 hours
     of on-site service and unlimited remote service per month at no additional charge.
