Voicemail Instructions

Callers can reach your voice mailbox by dialing _________________________ .
Note:   Your mailbox number is the last 4 digits of your 10-digit number.
     The default password is also the last 4 digits of your 10-digit number.
     To keep your mailbox secure, it is strongly recommended that you change this password.

To set up your voice mailbox for use, follow these procedures.
To log in:
     Dial 303-302-1664.   Wait for the prompt that says “Enter mailbox number”.
     Enter your 4 digit mailbox number __________ .
     Enter your password __________ followed by #.
     While logged in, you can always press * to return to the previous menu.

To record the message that will play to your callers:
     Log in (see above).
     Press 3 (for mailbox management).
     Press 1, 1 (for the no-answer greeting).  The existing greeting will play, if recorded.
          If there is no greeting recorded - follow the prompts to record a new greeting.
               Or
          Press 1 (to change an existing recording) and follow the prompts to record a new greeting.
          Remember to press 1 to stop recording.
          If you make a mistake while recording, press 1 then 3 to re-record your greeting.
          After you finish recording:
               Press 1 to Review.
               Press 2 to Accept.
               Press 3 to Re-record.
          When the new recording is accepted, you may hang up.

To change your password:
     Log in (see above).
     Press 3 (for mailbox management).
     Press 2 (to change the password) - the existing password is voiced.
     Press 1 and enter your new password followed by #.
          The new password is voiced.
          Press 2 to Accept or Press 1 to enter a new password.
     When the new password is accepted, you may hang up.

To listen to your messages:
     Log in (see above)
     The system will tell you how many new and total messages you have.
     Press 1 to receive your messages.
          Press 1 for New messages.
          Press 2 for Old messages.
          Press 3 to Recover erased messages.
          While listening to a message, you can:
               Press 1 to Repeat the message.
               Press 2 to Pause or Restart the message.
               Press 3 to Erase the message.
               Press 5 to Rewind 4 seconds.
               Press 12 to Save the current message and go to the Next message.
          When finished listening to messages, you may hang up.

This system has many advanced features.   Please do not use or activate any features not
mentioned on this page.   You will be notified of any new features that will become available to you.
