Team Voicemail Instructions

Callers can reach your new voice mailbox by dialing _____________________ .
Note: your mailbox number is the last 3 digits of your 10-digit number.
     Your password is the last 4 digits of your 10-digit nmber.

To set up your voice mailbox for use, follow these procedures.

To log in:
     Dial 303-302-1663
     Enter your 3 digit mailbox number ( _____ ) and 4 digit password (the default is _______ )
     It will tell you how many new and saved messages you have (if any)

To record a personal greeting:
     Log in
     While it is telling you how many messages you have, press 4, 2
     You can:
          Press 2, 1 to listen to the existing greeting (if any)
          Press 1, 1 and follow the prompts to record your personal greeting
               Remember to press # when you are finished recording
               If you make a mistake while recording, press # then 2, 1 to re-record your greeting
               To accept the recording, press 1
          When finished, you may hang up

To change your password:
     Log in
     While it is telling you how many messages you have, press 4, 3
     Follow the prompts to change your password (the password must be 4 digits)
     When finished, you may hang up

A caller to your mailbox number will hear your greeting twice and then the system will hang up.

mentioned on this page. You will be notified of any new features that will become available to you.
