Telecom Services provides voicemail services to companies, groups and individuals that simply need a voice mailbox.  We provide a local or 800 number that a caller can dial to ring directly into the mailbox.

Some possible uses are:

As a traditional voice mailbox where a caller hears a recorded greeting and then leaves a message for the mailbox owner.

As a message center for a group such as a sports team - the leader can record a message with details about the next meeting or activity and the group members can call in at their convenience and hear the message.

As a routing method for a group or small company.  A main voice mailbox could be used to route callers to other voice mailboxes within the group.  The greeting in the main mailbox could say "To leave a message for Joe, press 1; to leave a message for Mary, press 2.  If the caller pressed 1, for example, he would hear Joe's greeting and then be able to leave a message in Joe's mailbox.
A routing mailbox can have up to 9 options and can route a caller to any type of voice mailbox.

Rates for voice mailboxes are $10, $15 or $20 per month, depending on the features needed.  There is an additional $10 per month charge for an 800 number with up to 100 minutes.
You get a 10% discount for paying 1 year in advance.

You can have pager, phone or e-mail notification when a caller leaves a message in your mailbox.
The maximum number of messages in your mailbox can be 20, 50, or 80.
A mailbox greeting can be up to 15 minutes long.
There is no limit to the number of messages per month and no limit to how long a message can stay in your mailbox.
