Telecom Services provides sales, professional installation and maintenance of residential and commercial Telephone and Voicemail Systems, Security Cameras and Networking Systems. Our service area covers the Denver metro area and the Front Range from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. We are proud to be a Gold Star Member of the Denver Area Better Business Bureau and a member of the Englewood Chamber of Commerce. Our staff is made up of factory certified technicians that have a combined 40 years of experience. With this background, we can provide service to many of the different brands of equipment that you may have. We have technicians on call 24-7 to respond to any emergency. For normal service calls, we are able to respond quickly with next day on-site service. For programming changes, we have a remote maintenance center that allows us to program many systems remotely - from our office - usually the same day and at reduced rates. The Products link lists the many types of systems and equipment that we are trained to sell and service. Our technicians get regular training on the products that we support and we encourage our customers to schedule regular end-user and administrator training. Our Maintenance Programs include many items that are needed to keep your system running smoothly, such as periodic system backups and software upgrades. The Standard Maintenance Package is free for the first year with qualifying system purchases. We also offer Voicemail Services to our customers who may only need a voice mailbox.
